TAILORING & CUTTING -
The fabrication of garments components, where patterns are cut from fabric pieces according to specific measurements and designs. Process include pattern preparation, fabric spreading, marking and tracing and bundling.
SEWING -
The assembly of clothing parts, the cut fabric pieces are then assembled together using sewing machines, following the designated stitching lines and seam allowances. Skilled sewers or sewing operators operate the machines to join the fabric pieces with appropriate stitches, such as straight stitches, zigzag stitches, or specialized stitches.
PRINTING -
Garment printing or apparel printing, refers to the process of applying designs, graphics, or text onto shirts or other garments using various printing techniques. Shirt printing allows for customization, branding, and personalization, making it popular for promotional purposes, team uniforms, event merchandise, or individual expression.
FINISHING -
Final process of complete garment, include ironing to ensure that the garment has a smooth and wrinkle-free appearance. Quality control is an essential aspect of the final garment process to ensure that the finished product meets the required standards and packing into carton/boxes before distribute to the customer.
